Y-40 Stainless Steel Case Dial 40mm Bar Air Pressure Gauge Manometer

Vibration-Resistant Series Gauges are engineered for applications facing severe vibration, offering superior anti-vibration performance. The rugged, full-sealing design, filled with damping liquids, makes it particularly suitable for mechanical vibration and medium pulsation processes.

These gauges accurately measure the average value of pulsating gas and liquid pressure, preventing damage caused by strong medium pulses and environmental vibration to ensure reliable readings. Ideal for industries including petroleum, chemical processing, electric power, offshore mining, paper mills, and water treatment.

Measurement Principle

The gauge consists of a pressure guiding system (connections, measuring spring), gear drive system, indication device (pointer and dial), and casing. When the spring tube undergoes elastic deformation under pressure, the mechanism amplifies this movement, and the pointer indicates the value on the dial.
