Product Description

Y-40 Black Iron Case Dial 40mm Low Bottom Pressure Gauge Manometer Oil

HYNBF Series Gauges are designed for applications with severe vibration and feature excellent anti-vibration performance. Its rugged full sealing design, filled with damping liquids and damping devices, makes it especially suitable for processes involving mechanical vibration and medium pulsation.

The vibration-resistant pressure gauges are capable of measuring the average value of pulsating gas and liquid pressure, overcoming potential damage caused by strong medium pulses and environmental vibration to ensure reading accuracy.

It is an ideal choice for industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, electric power, oil fields, mining, paper mills, and water treatment. The anti-vibration class in the working environment is V.H.4 and V.H.5. The observation lens is made of high-strength engineering plastic or laminated safety glass for clear indication.

Measurement Principle

The gauge consists of a pressure guiding system (connections, measuring spring), gear drive system, indication device (pointer and dial), and casing. When the spring tube is under pressure from the measured medium, elastic deformation is produced at the pipe end, amplified by the gear mechanism, and indicated by the pointer.

1) Sealing structure protects internal parts from environmental influence.
2) Filled with silicone oil to resist pulsation and abrupt vibrations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes these gauges vibration-resistant?
The gauges feature a rugged sealed design filled with damping liquids like Silicone or Glycerin oil, which stabilizes the pointer and protects the internal gear mechanism from mechanical vibration.
What industries are these pressure gauges suitable for?
They are ideal for petroleum, chemical processing, electric power, mining, paper mills, agriculture, marine applications, and wastewater treatment plants.
What are the available dial sizes?
Standard dial sizes include 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 75mm, 100mm, and 150mm to suit different installation requirements and visibility needs.
What is the ingress protection (IP) rating?
These gauges are rated at IP 66, ensuring they are dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets, making them suitable for harsh environments.
What wetted materials are used?
Depending on the model, wetted parts are typically made from Bronze, 304 Stainless Steel, or 316 Stainless Steel to provide excellent corrosion resistance.
Can I choose different mounting styles?
Yes, we offer radial (bottom connection), axial (back connection), and options for front/rear flanges or U-type brackets for panel mounting.
