It prevents adhesion between the gauze and the wound bed, ensuring the wound moisture is maintained for a faster healing environment. This non-adherent dressing effectively supports all stages of wound healing without causing allergies.
Ideal for minor burns and wounds with superficial skin loss, this dressing soothes and protects while allowing drainage onto a secondary absorbent dressing. It is a proven treatment for donor and recipient skin grafts, leg ulcers, and skin loss wounds.
