Yes! Samples are free of charge, but the shipping cost is on you.
2. How about the delivery time?
1) Samples will be prepared within 5 days.
2) For bulk orders, it usually takes 20-40 days, depending on your quantity.
3. Can you customize the products?
Yes, OEM/ODM services are acceptable.
4. What are the payment options?
1) For amounts less than $1000, you can pay via Paypal or Western Union.
2) For amounts exceeding $1000, you can pay through wire transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C).
5. How about the shipping methods?
For samples, we use UPS, FedEx, or TNT. For bulk orders, we arrange shipment by sea or by air.
6. Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 50,000 units for bulk orders.
