Vertical Counter Pressure Autoclave

The counter pressure autoclave is a micro-computer controlled sterilizing equipment. It directly fills water into the sterilization chamber for electric heating to generate high-pressure steam. After the sterilization cycle, the water temperature rapidly cools down within 3 minutes using outer connected compressed air injection, decreasing chamber temperature to 30~40°C.

Equipped with immersed electric heating tubes with dry-burning prevention, the unit automatically cuts off power and alarms if water levels are insufficient. Safety features include a safety valve for releasing pressure over 0.25Mpa and an automatic cut-off at 140°C.

Specialized for water analysis, BOD measurement, and culture of bacteria, molds, and microorganisms. Widely used in plant cultivation and breeding experiments.
