Instruction for Use

1. Use hemostatic forceps to clamp the ventral side of the foreskin at the transition of the inner and outer plates. Use additional forceps to lift the foreskin uniformly.

2. Secure the foreskin to the mover using a zip tie or silk thread. Position the instrument and tighten the adjustment nut until it is flush with the back of the knob.

3. Remove the safety buckle and press the handle. The cutting and suturing occur simultaneously. Hold for 30 seconds before releasing. If the handle does not release automatically, assist by hand. Adjust the nut by 5-10mm if necessary.

4. Push the mover forward to loosen the cut portion. Check for completeness; any uncut tissue can be trimmed with sterile scissors. Apply an elastic compression bandage immediately. Loosen after 30 minutes and cut the silicone ring at a non-vascular site.

Contraindications
  • Foreskin and glans deformities or extensively connected glans.
  • Active infections or edema of the foreskin and glans.
  • Suspected penile malignancy.
  • Systemic diseases (e.g., bleeding tendencies, hypoproteinemia, severe cardiovascular disease).
