Mud non-landing is a common name for equipment suspension treatment, also known as equipment liquid non-landing, which refers to the use of mud non-landing equipment to screen out the suspension in the equipment liquid. The waste left during the treatment process is transported to the drilling hydraulic filter through a screw conveyor for further processing. Finally, the solid materials coming out of the filter press are sent to a cuttings box and transported to a designated location for processing.

Oil-based mud process: The drilling fluid mud to be processed is transported to the drilling cuttings dryer. The processed drilling fluid mud is transported to the drilling fluid centrifuge for further processing. The drilling fluid centrifuge completes the processing. The final mud liquid is reinjected into the mud circulation system. The waste after the treatment process is transported to the cuttings bin.
