This FRP purification tower adapts to many equipments which are used for disposaling of unhealthy waste gas. It's not only widely used, but also high efficiency of purification (more than 95%). Good corrosion-resistance, cost of operation is low.

Construction and Working Theory

Purification tower consists of tower body, spraying system, packing, separator of gas and solvent.
According to different mediums, FRP purification tower can be customized.
Off-gas is input to the tower body from the bottom inlet, then passed through the filling layer and spray mist system.
Off-gas is fluid purified, purified gas pass through the gas-solvent separator, is output to atmosphere.
Mist spray system takes acidproof spray-head, with good nebulization, obvious purification effect.

Installation & Maintenance Attention

1. This purification tower should be installed on anti corrosion basis which is higher 100mm than ground. Pump with acid resistance should be on another anti corrosion basis.

2. This equipment should be installed indoor, in order to prevent cold weather from effecting on equipment and absorption solvent.

3. If there is no PH controlling system, PH of acid or alkali solvent should be checked regularly, and consistency should be adjusted at any time.

4. Spray-head and filling material should be checked regularly, in order to avoid plugging, any problems should be solved immediately.
