Vertical type water-bath sterilizer
The water bath sterilizer is an advanced equipment for sterilizing bottled liquids by using the high-temperature water spraying on the objects for heating and sterilization, featuring uniform temperature, being stable and reliable performance. It is equipped with the computer control system that can automatically calculate the F0 value and monitor the sterilization process.
After the sterilization is completed, cooling water is introduced to cool the spraying water, and then the liquid bottles are indirectly force-cooled to avoid the deterioration of the liquid due to long time under high temperature, it prevents the bottles from exploding caused by direct cooling.
The heating tube begins to uniformly heat the pure water in the chamber. At the same time, the circulation pump conveys the hot water to the top spray plate to conduct comprehensive circulating spraying on the items, ensuring uniform heating. The pure water in the chamber can be reused on the same day, which saves energy and improves efficiency. This equipment is suitable for research, development and small-batch production of vials, ampoules, plastic bottles and plastic flexible bags.
